Life Coach

Meet Chris

A bit about me

I’m a Life Coach because I’m energised by the experience of enabling others to live their best lives. I enjoy working with people of any life stage, gender or ethnicity. Growing up in two countries, I have navigated disruption and cultural diversity. I have gained undergraduate and postgraduate university qualifications and along the way managed a career change. I have experience working and leading in small and large organisational settings including the corporate and not-for-profit worlds. I’m a husband, a father of five amazing children, and one of three brothers. My coaching style is non-judgmental, professional yet warm and relaxed.

In my personal life, I love being outdoors and find reasons to drive down to Phillip Island often to enjoy the coastal landscape. I enjoy lots of play, food and family adventures, have a strong interest in community and youth development, and have a passion for mentoring and coaching.

Your goals set the agenda

The coaching relationship starts with a (no cost) orientation session where we meet, explore the reasons you’re seeking a Life Coach and set your initial goals. The coaching process is solution-focused and leads to actions, new insights and growth. The number, length and frequency of sessions will depend on the nature of your situation and can be negotiated. Most people find that at least a 6 month connection is helpful to make real progress toward goals.
